Summer Events for the MAGS:

*2009 Mercer Area Girl Scouts Community Pride Patch Program (pdf)

*Victorian Days Parade on Sat. July 18.  Girl Scouts can march in their uniforms in the parade (tan shorts, plain white top and sash or vest) and need to wear sunscreen!  For the parade:  arrive at 9:30 AM on Sat. July 18 at the Elementary School and look for us in the line-up.  Families:  Meet Scouts in front of Mercer United Methodist Church on East Butler Street when we are done marching.  Leaders are responsible for the girls from their troops who march - have a sign-in sheet for your Scouts with contact info for families to sign when they drop the girls off at 9:30 AM.

*Schedule for handing out programs for the Mercer Community Band Concerts:

• June 26: 898 and 202 - Girl Scout Ice Cream Social
• July 3: 736 and 834 (these troops are merging next year)
• July 10: 898 and 202
• July 17: 609
• July 24: 94
• July 31: 25
• August 7: 40

*PA Fish and Boat Commission Boating Safety Course - for Junior Girl Scouts and older.
