Cadette/Senior IP Eco-Action Program : at Munnell Run Farm, Mercer, PA. on Thursday, August 21st from 11am to 3pm. Cost is $3.50 per girl. Girls will complete the IP that day, including the Service Project. Some of the day's activities include: learning about PREcycling, performing chemical and biological stream samples on Munnell Run, exploring the Farm's alternative energy sources, designing an "environmental awareness" display, and learning about several environmental careers. Everyone attending needs to bring sunscreen, a water bottle, a sack lunch, and wear old clothes and tennis shoes. To register for this program, please call Janice or Jill at Munnell Run Farm at (724)-662-2242. Payment should be made the day of the program. The deadline to register is August 11.
